8-WEEK MINDFULNESS TRAINING
In this 8-week training programme we will help you to integrate a set of mindfulness skills into your daily life.
Step-by-step, based on practical exercises and supported by a comprehensive manual & audio downloads. In 8 weekly sessions of 2,5 hours you will learn:
- how to deal efficiently with day-to-day stress
- how to manage difficult emotions such as anxiety and anger
- how to deal with pressing thoughts and worries
- how to settle and “ground” yourself

DAY TO DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
This day is meant to stimulate and deepen your mindfulness practice. After an 8-week programma it is seen as an ideal reminder of the lessons learnt.
During this day we will do several of the meditations from the 8-week programme, like:

- body and breath meditation
- sounds and thoughts
- exploring difficulty
- the ‘befriending’ meditation

Hi there, I’m Nele, your coach 🙂
My coaching style is dynamic, humane and empathic. I don’t judge, but I can be quite inquisitive. My coachees tell me I’m a “real genious” at creating a safe setting for people to hear what they need to hear. Being an optimist, I focus on your unique talents and strengths. I’m analytical and result-driven for changed behaviour. I’m only happy when you are happy. Still, you remain in the driving seat during a coaching track with me. The whole time.
Oh, and I love tea, yoga and horses. And jazz and whisky. And Ireland in springtime.
